The delivery of the documents

The documents may be delivered to the following addresses after previous telephone or email contact:

We accept and return documents 6 days a week at the most convenient time for the client.
The documents may be emailed to the following address: dorota.banko@bankotlumaczenia.pl

It is essential to present the original document. In a case where the client cannot provide the original document in person,
it can be sent by a registered letter to the following address:

The translation will be returned together with the original document to the client by a registered letter.
In a case where the original document cannot be provided for various reasons, the sworn translator must state 
in the translation that the document has been translated from the copy.
